It all starts with a chat! Tell us about your celebration—the occasion, your style preferences, colour dreams, and any Pinterest boards you've been secretly building.

We'll ask questions to understand your vision and get excited about creating something beautiful together. This can happen over email, phone, or a video call—whatever works best for you.

Design & Plan

This is where the magic begins! Based on our conversation, we create a custom mood board and styling plan that brings your vision to life visually.

You'll receive a detailed proposal including your chosen package, add-ons, colour palette, and decor elements. We refine together until it's absolutely perfect.

Confirmation and booking
Step 3

Confirm & Relax

Once you're happy with the plan, we secure your date with a booking deposit. From this point, you can sit back and relax while we handle all the behind-the-scenes preparation.

We source materials, prepare balloon displays, and coordinate all the details. We'll check in with you along the way to keep you in the loop.

Step 4

Setup Magic

On the day of your celebration, our team arrives early (usually 2-3 hours before your event) to transform your space. We handle everything—balloon installation, table styling, backdrop setup, and all those finishing touches.

You don't need to lift a finger. Just walk in and be amazed!

Celebrate!

This is your moment! Enjoy your beautifully styled celebration with your guests while we quietly slip away. Take all the photos, soak in the compliments, and make amazing memories.

After the party, we return to pack down our decor items. You focus on the fun—we handle the rest.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead for standard packages, and 8-12 weeks for larger events or peak season dates.

Do you travel outside Christchurch?

Yes! We can travel to locations across the greater Christchurch and Canterbury region. Additional travel fees may apply for areas outside the metro zone.

What's included in setup?

Our team handles complete setup of all styling elements and returns after your event to pack down our decor items.
